We had Heilman Construction install a 150' split rail fence as part of re-landscaping our yard. They were flexible with scheduling and did a fantastic and professional job on the installation. Hey Amanda, Andy, we LOVE our fence!! You delivered what you said you would do. Your installers, Casey & Derek, were outstanding & professional. We were comforted with their experience as they explained their daily plan. Our backyard was not level. There were multiple rock retainer walls to deal with. But we love our yard. The Heilman team was great toward with. They worked quickly - arriving - earlier than planned and finishing faster than I'd expected. They were flexible in resolving a misunderstanding on the finish side panels, and fixed it in a jiffy. I really appreciated this and all the rest of the process. I highly recommend them!

Heilman construction did a superb job replacing an older, not-to-code deck that a previous owner had added to the house, with a beautiful new covered deck. They also built a new fence around the back yard. Team was responsive and courteous. Work crew were respectful and skilled. Would recommend them to anyone looking for deck or fence work in the greater Lake Washington area.
